Advice

Let me tell you a thing I read the other day

I know you didn’t ask but it would make me feel good to tell you.

When I say read I mean I watched 90 seconds of a 3 minute TikTok.

In it, the poster, who’s qualifications I didn’t verify, was saying that the sort of thing you’re struggling with is just a pathologised trauma response which everyone who fits in your same box has.

Doesn’t that make you feel seen.

Don’t we all understand each other.

Isn’t the internet such a great tool of collective consciousness.

I should say I did some further research afterwards

(In the comment section)

And many people disagree with this view.

In fact it’s maybe a bit problematic to even put yourself in this category.

I mean you can’t really be experiencing this thing if people in a comment section (lots of them!) say it’s fake.

Either way it’s really important to remember you can fix yourself.

You have to fix yourself

Hope this helps
